ABOUT US

The Friendship Force of Denver is one of more than 350 chapters (clubs) around the world. The clubs are connected globally through Friendship Force International (FFI), a non-profit organization with offices in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. It is an organization that promotes and facilitates people-to-people exchanges between its members in 83 countries throughout the world. In 2015 there were 308 exchanges around the world.

Friendship Force is non-sectarian and non-political; our goal is to foster lifelong friendships and understanding throughout the globe.

Friendship Force of Denver has 9 meetings per year on the second Tuesday of each month during which we have speakers on a variety of timely international or cultural topics. Often we share the memories and insights of recent Exchanges with other countries.  We also learn of upcoming opportunities to travel as out-going Ambassadors or to serve as hosts for incoming groups.   There are no meetings in December, July or August.  In August we have a picnic and December a Holiday Party, both at various locations. We also offer numerous social events throughout the year, check the current newsletter and/or calendar of events on this website.
